100JILI Login Tutorial — Sign In, Reset, Secure Your Account

Standard Login

Open 100JILI on your browser or app. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number (or username) plus password. Tap "Sign In." If 2FA is enabled, enter the fresh six-digit SMS code that arrives within seconds.

Biometric Login (App Only)

Inside the 100JILI app, go to Profile → Security → Enable Face/Fingerprint. From that point onward, the app opens straight to the lobby — no password typing required.

Forgot Password Reset

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number. Wait for the 6-digit SMS code (under 10 seconds). Enter the code, set a new password. Total time: 30 seconds.

SMS Code Not Arriving?

If the SMS does not arrive in 60 seconds, tap "Resend." Still nothing? Contact 100JILI live chat — agents can verify identity through alternative methods and manually unlock the account.

Account Locked After Wrong Attempts

After five consecutive wrong password attempts the account auto-locks for 15 minutes. Contact chat for immediate unlock.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. From then on, every withdrawal requires a fresh SMS code — blocking unauthorized cash-outs even on a compromised device.
